Cincinnati police responded around 1:51 a.m. Tuesday to reports of gunfire in the city’s Northside neighborhood.  Officers arriving at the scene discovered four people with gunshot wounds near Hamilton Avenue and Blue Rock Street, according to multiple local media reports.
