A proposed tennis and education center in Norwood would give the Cincinnati Tennis Foundation a dedicated facility for youth sports, tutoring and educational programs.
The project, called the First Serve Tennis and Education Center, is planned for a 2.2-acre site at 1907 Ross Ave., according to reports about the development.
