Police in Cincinnati closed a section of Walnut Street in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood after reports of gunfire around 2:15 p.m.  Officers arrived near the intersection of Walnut Street and Liberty Street and secured the area.  Authorities confirmed one victim was found at the scene.
