A forthcoming study commissioned by Cincinnati Preservation revealed that Cincinnati historic districts accounted for nearly half of the city’s population growth from 2020 to 2024.
The study found that about five percent of Cincinnati’s land area, represented by local historic districts, accounted for almost 50 percent of the city’s population growth during the period.
